AI: Using Leantime's Story Time Feature to create Personalized Project Introductions


How to Use Leantime's AI to create a personalized project intro


This feature uses generative AI as a way to engage either yourself or your team on the project work that is coming. In order to use it, you need to make sure that your project has 3 primary things set up:


Project Description



The descriptions can be found under the Project Settings on the bottom of the left side of the side navigation. 


Project must have a start date



Start dates can be set under the Project Settings page as well. Worth noting: Stories will not be available until the date of that project starting. If you want to see it sooner, set the date for when you'd like to see it.


Team members must have Job titles



To set a title, you'll need to go under User Management. Click on the user you'd like to set a job title for and then



At the bottom of the user's details, you'll find Employee Information. The section that needs to be filled out will be Job Title.


Once you've got these three things in place, you can head back to the Project Overview. Scroll down on that to see the Team and their Stories. Stories may take a minute to populate depending on the amount of users you have on the project. 



And then, click "My Story" to review a personalized version of the project description built with AI.
